Our ESV days have become a key part of our culture here at THG LABS. In 2024, we doubled our allocation to two days – and our colleagues made the most of it! 

From painting and cleaning to gardening, landscaping, litter picking, and more, we’ve rolled up our sleeves to support our community. Together, we’ve dedicated over 1,990 hours to making a difference for more than 15 local charities and organisations. Huge thanks to the 256 employees who stepped up – you’re incredible!
