Delivering On Design
Our Design team excels in developing striking 3D renders and visuals using the latest technology and artistic insight to create impactful visuals that stand out on shelf. We produce high-quality physical mock-ups for internal approvals and PR activity, ensuring all packaging aspects meet the high standards we set.
THG LABS studio facilities include large-format printers for detailed prints, perfect for large displays and prototypes which allows for true-to-scale design experimentation.

We use detailed templates with specific character counts to maintain brand integrity and optimise legibility. Our Artworkers collaborate with our in-house Regulatory Compliance team to ensure strict adherence to EU and US regulatory guidelines, including FDA standards, so all packaging matches legal and safety requirements. We have a comprehensive proofing process and provide style guides, so every detail aligns with our brand partners’ identity. The result? Cohesive, print-ready artwork that perfectly captures the essence of our customers’ products.

Support With Tooling Projects
THG Labs Packaging team are experienced with tooling a variety of beauty componentry in many different materials. We work closely with suppliers to deliver tooled components which fit our customers’ requirements while also ensuring they are functional and compatible with your formula.
Testing Function
The Packaging team use their knowledge and expertise to create a test plan for a pack to ensure compatibility, functionality & safe transit. Using our in-house testing lab, we conduct industry standard compatibility & transit tests, but also develop bespoke testing as required.
Packaging Reporting
THG Labs can support on the reporting of legislative requirements & brand sustainability targets. Using a component specification system developed internally, we record granular material and weight data which we convert into charts and reports.

THG LABS partner strategic suppliers to offer our customers Prevented Ocean Plastics (POP) certified recycled content.
With the ability to reach 100% PCR content in clear and opaque bottles this can drive; emission reductions, improved consumer perception, packaging quality and become a further selling point for your beauty brand.
The POP scheme collects waste plastic at an industrial scale with full traceability all over the world from high-risk areas such as coastlines and rivers to stop waste impacting nature.
