Over the past quarter, THG LABS has continued its commitment to fostering a culture of learning, hosting a series of monthly masterclasses. Spearheaded by Kirsty Gainey, Account Head of R&D, these sessions have been pivotal in driving innovation and knowledge-sharing within our team.

In September, our chemists zoned in on skin physiology with a bespoke masterclass led by SILAB. They then stirred up some excitement and brewed up breakthroughs during a Cuppa & Learn session with Chemyunion, where innovative new textures and ingredients took centre stage. In October, the team explored regenerative agricultural practices with Alfa Chemicals, engaging in dynamic discussions with real-life case studies that participants described as “like watching a documentary you’ve always wanted to see – live and in person!”.

These sessions continue to fuel our passion for advancing our expertise, empowering our team to stay at the forefront of innovation in beauty manufacturing.
